MEMI

Music and Event Management, Inc. (MEMI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Incorporated in 2001, MEMI is the result of the unique combination of experienced event management professionals, and the commitment of the CSO to apply this experience and knowledge to corporate, private, municipal and not-for-profit clients. Since MEMI is a not-for-profit, all of its net revenue benefits the CSO.

MEMI offers service and consultation in event production and facility management, including marketing, sponsor acquisition, talent booking, event ticketing and concept development. At right are two of the events MEMI has produced:

Tall Stacks Music, Arts & Heritage Festival
A five-day celebration of Cincinnati’s river heritage that takes place on the banks of the Ohio River, Tall Stacks offers daily riverboat cruises on 15 riverboats, live musical entertainment by over 75 national & local performers, theatrical performances and educational experiences for students and families. Over 300,000 people totaling 900,000 visits over five days experienced the Tall Stacks Music, Arts & Heritage Festival in 2003.

Cincy-Cinco Latino Festival
A weekend festival that showcases Latino culture and provides a fun & authentic experience filled with food, music and dance for all ages. The event takes place each May at Coney Island.
