Download our
concert calendars directly to your desktop calendar or PDA
using the files linked below. Following are download and
installation instructions for these calendar files.
NOTE: Please do not import these files into your calendar
program more than once, as this may result in duplicate events.
All scheduled events are subject to change. Please verify
events with our current
calendar listings before scheduling your concert.
Microsoft Outlook (CSV)
1. Download CSO
2008-09 Season OR Pops
2008-09 Season in .csv format to your desktop
or download folder
2. Open Microsoft Outlook
3. Select menu "File > Import and Export"
4. Select "Import from another program or file",
then click "Next"
5. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)", then
click "Next"
6. Browse to find the .csv file that you downloaded and select
"Do not import duplicate items", then click "Next"
7. Select "Calendar" and then click "Next"
and "Finish"
The events within the .csv file should now be imported into
your Outlook calendar.
Palm Date Book Archive (DBA)
1. Download CSO
2008-09 Season OR Pops
2008-09 Season in .dba format to your desktop or
download folder
2. Open Palm Desktop for Windows
3. Select menu "File > Import
4. Browse to find the .dba file that you downloaded and click
"Import"
5. HotSync your Palm OS-based PDA. This will synchronize the
events onto your PDA
The events within the .dba file should now be imported into
your Palm Desktop calendar.
Apple iCal (ICS)
1. Download CSO
2008-09 Season OR Pops
2008-09 Season in .ics format to your desktop or
download folder
2. Open iCal
3. Select "Import" from the File menu
4. Choose "Import an iCal file"
5. Click "Import" and browse to find the .ics file
that you downloaded
The events within the .ics file should now be imported into
your iCal calendar.
Importing iCal or vCal files into
Outlook (ICS, VCS)
1. Download CSO
2008-09 Season in .ics format or .vcs
format OR Pops
2008-09 Season in .ics format or .vcs format
to your desktop or download folder
2. Open Microsoft Outlook
3. Select the menu "File > Import and Export"
4. Select "Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file"
5. Browse to find the .ics or .vcs file that you downloaded,
then click "OK"
The events within the ics or vcs file should now be imported
into your Outlook calendar.
Many other calendars also support the iCalendar and vCalendar
format, which should have a similar import process as Outlook.
