How do I order?
Just place your order at the time of your subscription order, or call the box office at 513.381.3300 up to one day prior to your concert to add it on.
How does it work?
You will receive a parking pass for every performance in your subscription series (plus any add-ons, galas or special events that you choose). Present your voucher to the attendant at the Washington Park Garage. Even if the garage sign says, “FULL,” please pull up to the attendant—your spot is waiting for you. Your parking pass entitles you to one spot in the garage, on any level. Availability of handicapped spaces cannot be guaranteed; if you require a handicapped space, please arrive early.
Flexible exchange policy
Can’t make the concert? You may exchange your parking pass for another concert based on availability. There are no refunds on parking.
Please note: Parking pass sales will be cut off three hours prior to the performance. You must request your parking exchange prior to the concert you cannot attend. Parking passes are dated for specific performances and have no value after that date has passed. |
