MUSIC HALL

There are several handicap-designated parking spots in the garages listed on our Parking page. We recommend arriving early for the best parking. If you have a driver who can drop you off in front of Music Hall before parking the vehicle, we welcome them to bring you to the curb in front of Music Hall's accessible ramp on Elm Street. Security staff and ushers are prepared to assist you with a wheelchair from the curb to your seat.

Once inside Music Hall there is an elevator located in the north lobby that travels to and from the orchestra level (main floor) to the balcony (2nd floor) and gallery (3rd floor) for access to the auditorium.

Accessible seating is available inside Music Hall to patrons not able to transfer out of their wheelchairs. Please call 513.381.3300 to arrange for seating.

Wheelchairs are available for patrons needing assistance from the lobby to their seats. Patrons may contact an usher in the north lobby for assistance.

Restrooms are located on the first floor in the south lobby, next to the concession window, and on the second floor in the south corridor near the entrance to the ballroom.

Assistive listening devices for the hearing impaired are available at the south foyer coatroom.

RIVERBEND

If you wish to sit in a wheelchair during the performance, please bring your wheelchair with you to the concert.

Accessible seating for wheelchairs is available in the pavilion and next to the lawn; call the Box Office for details at 513.381.3300.
