Ticket Exchange


For Single Ticket Buyers

Can't make the concert? You may exchange your CSO ticket for any other CSO concert or your Pops tickets for any other Pops concert in the same season (excluding special events), or donate your tickets for a tax-deductible receipt. There are no refunds on single ticket (non-subscription) purchases, and a service charge of up to $3 per ticket applies to non-subscription ticket exchanges.

You must request your ticket exchange at least 24 hours prior to the concert you cannot attend as the value of your ticket is void once the concert has passed. Contact the Box Office at 513.381.3300 (M-F 10-5; Sat. 10-2)

For Season Ticket Holders

To exchange your season tickets, log in to your account and follow the steps below. Your season ticket exchange is FREE—a subscriber-only benefit!

Once you have verified your web login, follow these steps:

1) Login and enter promo code: EXCHANGE
2) Go to a new concert
3) Choose“PURCHASE”
4) Select your seats (Use “Subscriber Exchange” as the price for the new ticket)
5) Add new seats to cart
6) Select performance(s) and ticket(s) you'd like to return
7) Checkout


• You must have a valid web login associated with your subscription to exchange tickets online. If you are creating a new web login, there will be a wait time of five to seven days before you are able to exchange your tickets online.
• Tickets may only be exchanged by the account holder in whose name they were originally purchased.
• You may choose seats in the same price zone or upgrade to a different price zone and pay the difference. Refer to the seating chart links below to determine the price zone of your seats.
• Refunds are not available for tickets selected in a lower price zone.
• Please note that exchanges are ticket-for-ticket. For example, one higher-priced ticket cannot be exchanged for two lower-priced tickets.
• Non-subscription "special" concerts are not eligible for ticket exchanges.
• Want more seating options? Concerts on Fridays and Sundays typically have more seating availability than Saturdays.
• Bringing a friend? You may add tickets to your cart while exchanging tickets. Facility and processing fees apply only for added tickets.
