Position: Assistant Librarian

Education: DMA in Horn Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City

Hometown: Saint Joseph, Missouri

Neighborhood: North Avondale

Joined the CSO in 2018

Activities outside of the CSO: I am a member of the Cincinnati Book Arts Society. They are a wonderfully interesting group of people who explore all kinds of bookbinding techniques. I also still get to play my horn a bit in the Ohio Valley Majestic Brass, and as a sub with the Seven Hills Sinfonietta.

Inspirations as a musician: I am inspired by how hard my colleagues work, and how the orchestra always sounds wonderful!

Current playlist: I have a wide variety of styles of music in my listening library, and most of the time I have it on shuffle. So I hear all kinds of style randomly.

Favorite orchestral work: Shostakovich's Second Piano Concerto.

Favorite food: Of all the terrific local restaurants here in Cincinnati, my favorite is O-Pie-O in East Walnut Hills.
