Great Savings

Groups of 10+ save 20% on most concerts and senior groups save even more.
Student group tickets start at just $8 for CSO concerts and $15 for Pops concerts.
For every 25 paid tickets, group leaders receive two FREE.
Per-ticket handling fees are waived—groups pay one $5 fee for the entire order.

Priority Seating

Reserve tickets before they go on sale to the general public on JUL 17. Reservations are seated in the order they are received—order early!

Payment & Parking

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required within two weeks of your reservation and will hold your estimated number of seats. This deposit will be applied to your final payment.
Final payment and confirmed number of attendees is due 3 weeks prior to the performance date.
Reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to the performance date require full payment at the time the order is placed.
There are no refunds or exchanges once final payment has been made.
Group discounts are not valid in Partial View A & B seating areas or in combination with any other discount or offer.
A 3.5% per ticket facility fee is accessed by Music Hall on all ticket purchases.
Please note that children under the age of 6 are not permitted into CSO performances.

Complimentary parking is available for all groups arriving by bus or motor coach. A drop off lane is conveniently located in front of Music Hall on Elm Street.
Groups arriving individually by car may purchase guaranteed pre-paid parking in the Washington Park Garage for $15 per car (subject to availability).
Convenient parking is also available at the Town Center Garage on Central Parkway (behind Music Hall) and on the surrounding streets in Over-the-Rhine.

Corporate Discounts

Employees of Corporate Sponsors receive discounts on select CSO & Pops concerts through our Corporate Sponsor Employee Discount program. Simply use your company’s promotion code online!

CSO Neighbor Network

Are you a resident or residence manager in the OTR or surrounding neighborhoods? Connect with your neighbors in a community of music lovers!

Members of the CSO Neighbor Network receive discounts on select CSO and Pops concerts by using their residence complex's unique promotion code online.

Residence managers may sign up for this program to offer ticket discounts as a benefit for their residents.
