Box Office FAQs

How will I receive my tickets?

All ticket holders have access to Mobile Tickets. Regardless of delivery method, all purchased tickets will be immediately available in your online account at cincinnatisymphony.org/account. Ticket holders can either pull them up on a mobile device or print them off at home.

Note: you must have an online account to access your mobile tickets. If you do not already have an online account, please create one at cincinnatisymphony.org/account. It will take 1-2 business days for your new online account to be linked with our ticketing system.

To reduce physical contact between audiences and staff, we ask that ticket holders use Mobile Ticketing or Email delivery (Will Call [$5/ticket] and Mail [$4/ticket] are still available upon request).

Are there any additional costs to purchase tickets?

Tickets to the CSO & Pops are not subject to sales tax.
All performances at Music Hall are subject to a 3.5% facility fee for ongoing maintenance of historic Music Hall.

Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a $4/ticket service fee for mail delivery and a $5/ticket service fee to hold tickets at Will Call. Tickets can always be delivered electronically free of charge.

Am I able to exchange my tickets?

Subscribers, visit your account for quick and easy exchanges online. Watch our helpful video tutorial if you need additional guidance.

All other ticket holders: call the Box Office at 513.381.3300 for information on exchanges ($3/ticket exchange fee applies; exclusions apply).

How can I donate my tickets?

Donate your unusable tickets in your online account at cincinnatisymphony.org/account or by contacting the Box Office at 513.381.3300 or [email protected]isymphony.org. 

By donating your tickets, you'll receive an emailed gift receipt for tax purposes and you will continue to support our ability to share music with our Cincinnati community.

Am I able to return my tickets?

Single tickets are non-refundable and NOT redeemable for cash. If you are unable to use a ticket to an upcoming performance, consider donating your tickets back to the Orchestra or exchanging them for another concert date this season.

Full refunds are available on all season-ticket orders within 14 days of the date the order was placed. After that time, the CSO will refund the order but retain 10% of the subscription value for processing, mailing and materials costs.

Health & Safety Information

We are committed to the health, safety and peace of mind of our audiences. Please review our current safety protocols and if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or feel uncomfortable attending, please stay home and contact our Box Office for ticket options. We are happy to provide a solution that works best for you, including the option to exchange or donate your tickets. NOTE: We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on past performances.

Ticketholders from 2020/21 or 2021/22 season concerts that held tickets to canceled performances or chose not to attend during the pandemic, had the option of donating their tickets back to the Orchestra for a tax credit or returning for a gift certificate, account credit or full refund. NOTE: Any unused account credits expired on AUG 31, 2022 and will be considered a donation to the Orchestra. 

How do I purchase tickets for Riverbend Music Center?

Tickets for Red, White & BOOM! with the Cincinnati Pops are available from the CSO & Pops Box Office at Music Hall 513.381.3300, as noted above, or online (service charge of up to $5 per ticket applies). 

Please visit the Riverbend website for non-CSO & Pops performances.
