We’re excited to welcome you back to Music Hall! We've announced a new schedule of in-person concerts at Music Hall, Jan-May 2021, following all safety protocols. Join us for an intimate and diverse palette of music, including premieres and rare and well-known gems, that are uniquely responsive to our times.
Not ready to come back in person? That's ok—we understand! You can still enjoy the Orchestra at home with our Digital Concert Series. See more information below.
OPTION 1
I would like to attend performances at Music Hall this Spring.
Your existing JAN-MAY 2021 concerts will be replaced by the new concert dates you select. In addition, you’ll receive full access to CSO & Pops On Demand—a $125 value!—available to stream any time, from the comfort of your home. Plus, you’ll maintain your seating priority for the 21/22 season and will be invited to a subscriber-only event with Louis or JMR this spring—it’s our way of saying THANK YOU for sticking with us.
Capacity for in-person performances is limited, per government restrictions, and dates will fill quickly! Respond by the DEC 18, 2020, deadline for your best choice of dates. Due to capacity restrictions, please select no more than the number of spring concerts you are replacing, which can be viewed by logging in to your account.
Online concert selection is no longer available. To select replacement concerts, please give our friendly Box Office staff a call at 513.381.3300 for personal assistance.
Seats will be assigned in a physically distanced manner as close to your original location as possible, though please bear in mind that your seats will likely be quite different.

I do not wish to attend performances at Music Hall and would like to do the following with my tickets:
Donate my tickets, plus receive:
- Access to the CSO & Pops On Demand digital concert archive—a $125 value!
- Seating priority for the 21/22 season
- Invitation to a subscriber-only event with Louis or JMR this spring
Apply my ticket value to next season's subscription, plus receive:
- Access to the CSO & Pops On Demand digital concert archive—a $125 value!
- Seating priority for the 21/22 season
Receive a refund, plus receive:
- Access to the CSO & Pops On Demand digital concert archive—a $125 value!
Please let us know what you'd like to do with your tickets by May 28, 2021. After that time, any remaining tickets will be considered a donation to the Orchestra and a tax receipt will be emailed in June 2021.
